The system utilizes a primary 'Lead Type' selector (Settlement, InHouse, or Brokering Out). Selecting a type instantly reconfigures the interface—irrelevant fields vanish, and only the required data points for that specific workflow appear, enforcing process compliance and eliminating clutter.

A Dynamic Client Portal replaces the manual PandaDoc/Gmail loop. Clients input data, upload statements, and e-sign via secure link.
